Kiehl's Since 1851 is seeking a Store Manager in Glendale, CA to support the district in achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional, personalized shopping experience. You will lead a team, ensure visual standards, and uphold brand presentation across the store.

Responsibilities include guiding staff, training new employees, and executing strategies to grow repeat business, while maintaining store cleanliness and policy enforcement.

• Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred
• Customer service experience
• Communication skills
• Analytical skills
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month
• Must be 18 years or older
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

What You Will Do:

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Kiehl's family as a store manager. This position is responsible for assisting the district Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by management team. Provide superior customer service standards and develop customer relationships that will result in repeat business. Execute short and long term plans to achieve goals in support of the store's business strategy. Responsible for product and brand image presentation while maintaining a neat and organized store.

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred
• Prior key holder experience preferred
• Customer service experience
• Communication skills
• Analytical skills
• Basic computer skills
• Must be willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offer for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Spanish or Mandarin

Physical Environment: Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
