Kiehl’s Since 1851 is seeking a Store Manager for the Glendale, CA (Americana) location. The role supports the district manager in reaching store and individual sales goals, while delivering superior customer service and maintaining a neat, brand-aligned store environment.

The ideal candidate will lead with strong customer focus, ensure product presentation, and train new staff to uphold brand standards. 18+ and US work authorization required; weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred.
• Prior key holder experience preferred.
• Customer service experience.
• Communication skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis is required. No immigration sponsorship.

What You Will Do:

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Kiehl’s family as a store manager. This position is responsible for assisting the district Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by management team. Provide superior customer service standards and develop customer relationships that will result in repeat business. Execute short and long term plans to achieve goals in support of the store’s business strategy. Responsible for product and brand image presentation while maintaining a neat and organized store.

What We Are Looking For:

Physical Environment: Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
