Job summary

Kiehl's Since 1851 in Miami, FL is seeking a Keyholder to support the Store Manager in meeting sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help maintain brand presentation and assist in day-to-day store operations.

The ideal candidate has retail/cosmetics experience, strong communication and basic computer skills; willing to work two closing shifts and two full weekends monthly; must be at least 18 with a HS diploma or GED. Bilingual Spanish or Mandarin is a plus.

• Experience in retail or cosmetics preferred.
• Previous key holder experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical and basic computer skills.

What You Will Do:

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Kiehl's family as a Keyholder. This position is responsible for assisting Store Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by management team. Provide superior customer service standards and develop customer relationships that will result in repeat business. Execute short and long term plans to achieve goals in support of the store's business strategy. Responsible for product and brand image presentation while maintaining a neat and organized store.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

Physical Environment:

Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
