Job summary

KIDSUNITED in Austin, TX, is seeking a dedicated coach to lead engaging classes for children aged 1.5 to 9, following our structured curriculum and development-focused approach.

You will support children's growth through our training program, build positive relationships with parents, maintain progress records, and participate in ongoing trainings to uphold standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months of coaching youth soccer or 1 year of experience working with children, combined with a background in playing soccer.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work and function in a KIDSUNITED TEAM environment.
• Flexible to work day, evening, and weekend hours as needed.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Experience working with children.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach engaging classes for children ages 1.5-9 years old.
• Follow the KIDSUNITED structure and curriculum.
• Assist in the ongoing design of KIDSUNITED training program.
• Support children’s growth by developing their body mastery, soccer coordination and life skills through our curriculum.
• Build positive relationships with both parents and children, creating a welcoming and encouraging environment.
• Communicate with parents about their child\'s progress through daily parent feedback.
• Keep accurate records of progress reviews.
• Ensure that health and safety precautions are observed during all activities.
• Attend ongoing trainings and team meetings to continue professional development and uphold program standards.

Coach Position KIDSUNITED is a soccer center for early development. Our unique training method is intended to develop physical, personal, intellectual abilities and social skills of children from 1.5 to 9 years old. KIDSUNITED not only teaches children how to play soccer; it also acts as an early development system, using soccer as the main educational and delivery tool. Required Training:

The interview process will include an in-person coaches certification training from August 4-9, 2026 in Austin, Texas. After the training, one head coach (full time) and several assistant coaches (part time and full time) will be hired. Hourly pay will be provided for the coaches certification training.
