Open Role
- Seeking coaches with an athletic, fitness, or coaching background, ideally with experience coaching children aged 15 months to 11 years.
- The KidStrong Coach will focus on coaching children on brain, physical, and character development following the evolving monthly curriculum provided by HQ.
- Must be comfortable communicating with parents/guardians about the curriculum and have strong public speaking skills.
- Classes run afternoons/evenings from 3:30-7:30 pm and on weekends from 8:30 am to 2 pm.
- Flexible work schedule based on center needs, with opportunities to increase hours through additional classes.
- Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT, teacher, or personal trainer is a plus but not required.
Job Qualifications
- Passion for working with children is essential.
- Experience coaching children in the relevant age group is preferred.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, moving and lifting equipment up to 35 pounds.
- Comfort working hands-on with children to ensure safety and proper technique.
- Experience communicating with parents about curriculum.
- Knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics.
- Positive, motivating, and effective communication skills.
- High energy, enthusiasm, professionalism, and coachability.
- Self-motivated and committed to completing tasks.
- CPR & First Aid certification is required.
