Job summary

KidStrong is seeking talented, energetic coaches to join our growing DFW area studios as part of a fun, professional team that loves helping kids and parents.

Classes run on weekdays mid-mornings and evenings until 7 pm, with weekend mornings. Flexible schedule depends on studio needs and private coaching hours may open additional hours.

CPR certification and the ability to educate parents about our curriculum, along with strong interpersonal skills, are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching students within the KidStrong age range.
• Experience talking to and educating parents on our curriculum.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• CPR certified and prepared to handle safety situations.
• Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-starter that gets the job done.

Responsibilities

• Coach KidStrong classes for ages from 15 months to 11 years.
• Engage with parents to explain the curriculum and progress.
• Maintain a safe, energetic, and supportive training environment.
• Work flexible hours: weekdays mid-mornings and evenings, plus weekend mornings.
