KidStrong in Coral Gables is seeking energetic coaches with a background in athletics or teaching to engage with parents and kids aged 12 months to 11 years. Classes run on weekday mid-mornings and evenings, with weekend sessions starting at 8:30 AM.

The role offers a flexible schedule, competitive $20–$24 per hour, and opportunities to host birthday parties, Parent's Night Out, or summer camps as hours grow. CPR certification is required.

Competenze

• Experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age
• Experience talking to and educating parents on our curriculum
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
• CPR certified
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Self-starter that just gets a job done
• Performer DNA, motivated and extroverted who will make classes FUN
