Job summary
KidStrong Tempe is seeking energetic coaches to join a growing team dedicated to building stronger, smarter, and more athletic kids. Our classes serve ages from walking to 11 years old, blending brain, body, and character development in a science-based curriculum taught by professional coaches.
Classes run on weekdays mid-mornings and evenings, with weekend sessions starting at 8 AM. If you love working with children and engaging with parents, this role offers flexibility and opportunities to
Qualifications
- Experience coaching students within the KidStrong age range.
- Ability to educate parents on our curriculum.
- Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
- CPR certification required.
- Positive, motivating communication with families.
- Self-starter who delivers results.
Responsibilities
- Coach classes with ages 15 months to 8 years.
- Classes run on weekdays mid-mornings and evenings until 7 pm.
- On weekends we start at 8 AM and run through lunchtime.
- Flexible schedule depending on studio needs.
- Increase scheduled hours through private class coaching hours.
