Job summary

KidStrong McDonough is seeking energetic coaching professionals to work with children aged 15 months to 8 years. Coaches engage with families, deliver our brain- and body-development focused curriculum, and contribute to a positive, active studio environment.

Ideal candidates have coaching experience for the target age group, CPR certification, and strong communication skills to educate parents about our program. Flexible scheduling supports studio needs and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching students in the KidStrong age range (15 months to 8 years).
• Ability to communicate with parents about curriculum.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• CPR certification.
• Positive, motivating interpersonal communication.
• Self-starter who gets a job done.

Responsibilities

• Coach children ages 15 months to 8 years.
• Classes run on weekdays mid-mornings and evenings until 7 pm.
• Weekend sessions start at 8 AM through lunchtime.
• Flexible work schedule based on studio needs.
• Opportunity to increase hours with private coaching.
