Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ponca City, OK. As a KidStrong Coach, you will work directly with children, delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons in a structured and supportive environment. You will guide kids through fitness, brain, and character development activities while creating meaningful interactions with parents to support their child\'s progress. You will also assist in maintaining the facility, scheduling classes, and participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities to improve your coaching skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and a passion for contributing to their development, confidence, and well-being
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and coworkers
• Knowledge of physical fitness, lesson planning, and coaching, with an ability to create a safe and fun environment
• Flexibility to adapt to various situations, multitask, and work collaboratively in a high-energy setting
• Background or certifications in education, physical training, or child development are a plus
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
