Job summary

KidStrong North Scottsdale is seeking coaches with athletic or coaching experience to work with children aged 15 months to 8 years, including those with pediatric OT/PT backgrounds. Classes run weekdays mid-mornings to 7 PM and weekends from 8 AM to mid-afternoon.

The role offers flexible scheduling and potential to add hours with private coaching. Ideal candidates should coach children, engage with parents about our curriculum, and demonstrate knowledge of physiology and body mechanics.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching students within the KidStrong age range.
• Ability to talk to and educate parents about the curriculum.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• CPR certification required.
• Positive, motivating interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-starter who gets the job done.
