KidStrong in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a part-time coach to deliver our 45-minute, high-energy classes for kids from crawling to 11 years old. You will mentor families, demonstrate activities, and ensure safe progression in every session.
As a coach, you’ll connect with parents, build routines, and help kids grow across brain, body, and character. CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain before start, and a strong passion for working with children are essential.
Position Type: Part-Time
Reports To: General Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Compensation: $18–$20/hr (based on experience and certification level)
