Having flexibility for a part-time or full-time schedule
THE ROLE & SCHEDULE
We are looking for coaches with an athletic or coaching background who ideally have experience coaching kids ages walking to 11 years old. KidStrong Coach would focus on coaching children on brain, physical, and character development that stems from evolving monthly curriculum. Ideal candidates must also be comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding “the why” behind the KidStrong curriculum.
Our classes run typically weekdays 9am -11am and evenings 3pm until 7 pm, and weekends are typically from 8am through 3:30pm. Opportunity for a flexible work schedule depending on center needs. Additional opportunity to increase scheduled hours through private party coaching hours. Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT is a plus, but not required!
COACH RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but will be mentoring so communication and interpersonal skills are important.
Sphere of Interaction: Coaches will work closely with center leadership, families, and members of the HQ team.
