KidStrong is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager in a brand-new center in Edina, MN. You will grow memberships, build relationships with families, coach classes, and support our coaching team to create an outstanding member experience from day one.

The role involves coaching KidStrong classes, mentoring staff, and helping lead the coaching team while supporting daily operations and scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

As our Assistant Manager, you'll help grow memberships, build relationships with families, coach classes, support our coaching team, and help create an incredible member experience from day one.

Required shifts: Mid-Day, Evening, and Weekends. A combination of coaching classes and running front-of-house.
