Qualifications

• Minimum age 15 required.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
• CPR/AED & First Aid certifications required within 30 days of hire.
• New Employee Orientation and online trainings completed.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Nurtures children through purposeful play to promote belonging.
• Implements curriculum and activity plans within guidelines.
• Supervises children from 6 weeks to 12 years old.
• Maintains positive relationships and effective communication with parents.
• Maintains program records and equipment needs.
• Improvise appropriately when needed.
• Bottle feed and diaper change of infants/toddlers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
