Job summary

Calex-Sports-Inc is seeking part-time coaches to lead classes for children aged 5–10 at elementary schools in the Bay Area. Sessions run Monday–Friday, typically 1 hour per class, with possible 30 minutes of pre-care. You’ll work at multiple schools, ensuring a fun, energetic environment while following provided lesson plans.

Coaches must be 19+, local, and available for in-person work. Vaccination, TB test, and Live Scan may be required; transportation is needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old at application.
• Must live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience coaching or working with kids is preferred but not required.
• Ability to transport reliably.
• Fully vaccinated and willing to undergo TB test and Live Scan background check.
• Submit photo and short biography to upload on our website and introduce your experience in sports.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship not provided).

Job Overview

Our programs are held at various elementary schools, Monday–Friday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This is a part-time position where coaches typically teach one class per day (about one hour), with the possibility of an extra 30 minutes of pre-care. These sessions focus on creating a fun and energetic environment for younger and beginner-level children.

The pay ranges from $50–$65 per session, and all equipment is provided by us.

• Manage class size (8–16 students) and maintain a positive environment.
• Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.
• Equipment (provided by the company). (Coach should have reliable transportation)

Requirements

• Must be 19+ years old upon application
• Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience in sports you are applying, coaching, or working with kids is preferred but not required
• Enjoys working with children in a positive and active setting
• Flexible, reliable, and punctual
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work
• Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload in our website and introduce your experience in sports.
