Job summary

Calex-Sports-Inc in the Bay Area is hiring part-time after-school coaches to lead classes for kids aged 5–10, typically 1 hour per session, 2–5 hours per week, with sessions from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at various elementary schools. You will teach using provided plans, keep class sizes 8–16, attend a 2-day training, and ensure attendance and student sign-ins, with photos for documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old upon application.
• Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience in sports, coaching, or working with kids is preferred but not required.
• Enjoys working with children in a positive and active setting.
• Flexible, reliable, and punctual.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo TB test and Live Scan background check.
• Must upload a short bio and a photo to our website to introduce your sports experience.

Job Overview

Our programs are held at various elementary schools, Monday–Friday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This is a part-time position where coaches typically teach one class per day (about one hour), with the possibility of an extra 30 minutes of pre-care. These sessions focus on creating a fun and energetic environment for younger and beginner-level children.

The pay ranges from $50–$65 per session, and all equipment is provided by us.

Requirements

• Must be 19+ years old upon application
• Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience in sports you are applying, coaching, or working with kids is preferred but not required
• Enjoys working with children in a positive and active setting

• Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload in our website and introduce your experience in sports.

Programs are offered at multiple schools across the Bay Area. Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.

We do have openings for After School Tennis, Pickleball, Soccer, Dance, Yoga and Basketball.
