Job summary

Calex-Sports-Inc is seeking part-time coaches to lead classes for children aged 5–10 at elementary schools in the Bay Area. Sessions run Monday–Friday, typically 1 hour per class, with possible 30 minutes of pre-care. You’ll work at multiple schools, ensuring a fun, energetic environment while following provided lesson plans.

Coaches must be 19+, local, and available for in-person work. Vaccination, TB test, and Live Scan may be required; transportation is needed.

Qualifications

Must be 19+ years old at application.
Must live locally and be available for in-person work.
Experience coaching or working with kids is preferred but not required.
Ability to transport reliably.
Fully vaccinated and willing to undergo TB test and Live Scan background check.

Responsibilities

Teach classes for students ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
Manage class size (8–16 students) and maintain a positive environment.
Attend a 2‑day training or shadowing session before starting.
Equipment provided; coach should have reliable transportation.
Take attendance, manage student sign-ins, and interact with parents/school staff.
Capture a few class photos for documentation.
