Qualifications

• Experience working with students of all ages in an instructional setting.
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes.
• Background in water safety and survival skills.
• CPR & First Aid certification (infant, child & adult).
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Strong behavior management in challenging situations.
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial.
• Passion for swimming and helping children.
