Job summary

A local swim instruction franchise is seeking enthusiastic individuals for swim instructor positions. You'll provide instruction and ensure a safe, fun environment for children aged 4 months to 12 years. Ideal candidates are dependable, enjoy working with children, and are committed to safety. No prior experience is necessary as paid training will be provided, including certifications like CPR and First Aid. Join a dedicated team and make a difference in young swimmers' lives!

Qualifications

• No previous swim instructor experience is required; training is provided.
• Must pass background examinations included with training.
• Two or more years as a swimming instructor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
• Enforces safety rules and regulations.
• Evaluates students’ progress and completes required paperwork.
• Interacts with parents on the activities and development of swim skills.
• Acts as an ambassador to ensure parental satisfaction.
• Maintains and ensures proper storage of all pool equipment.
• Attends monthly mandatory workshops and training.
