Job summary

Life Time, Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a Kids Supervisor to lead engaging, safe play for children from 3 months to 11 years within our Academy and classes. You will organize activities, monitor safety, and ensure a welcoming, friendly environment for every child and family.

Responsibilities include greeting members, facilitating crafts, storytelling and games, maintaining cleanliness and safety, promoting Life Time Kids programs, and coaching team members to deliver top-notch experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• First Aid, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certifications must be completed within the first 60 days of hire.
• Completion of state/federal requirements prior to first day of work.
• Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications must be completed before starting.

Responsibilities

• Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Engages children in interactive activities that include storytelling, organized arts and crafts, singing, and games.
• Monitors and interacts with children to maintain a safe and healthy environment with respect to the toys, sports equipment, other children, and surroundings.
• Maintains the operational documentation, audits and delegates cleaning checklist and staffing.
• Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Completes Team Member Evaluations, provides feedback and coaching as needed.
