Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Supervisor to lead engaging activities for children ages three months to 11 years within the Academy and classes. You will supervise play, ensure safety, and deliver fun, safe programs aligned with Life Time standards.

The role focuses on welcoming members, organizing crafts, stories, and games, and promoting Life Time Kids programs while coaching team members to maintain high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• First Aid certification and Infant/Child/Adult CPR/AED required within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work.
• Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications must be completed before first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Engages children in activities including storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games.
• Monitors and ensures a safe environment regarding toys, equipment, other children and surroundings.
• Maintains operational documentation, audits, cleaning checklist and staffing.
• Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Completes Team Member Evaluations, provides feedback and coaching as needed.

• Engages children in interactive activities that include storytelling, organized arts and crafts, singing, and games
• Monitors and interacts with children to maintain a safe and healthy environment with respect to the toys, sports equipment, other children, and surroundings
• Maintains the operational documentation, audits and delegates cleaning checklist and staffing
• Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products and services
• Completes Team Member Evaluations, provides feedback and coaching as needed

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Must complete all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before 1st day of work
• First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire
• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work

Preferred Requirements

• Experience working with children
• The ability to engage a group of children in an activity
