Job summary

MVP Sports Clubs in West Michigan is seeking a Kids Stuff Team Member to assist the Kids Stuff Team Leader and ensure the welfare, health, and safety of children in the Kid's Stuff areas.

This part-time role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification, weekend availability, and strong customer service. You will supervise activities, enforce rules, and maintain clean spaces while collaborating with the Kids Stuff Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or relevant work experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification required or obtainable via in-house training.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays when needed.
• Knowledge of child development concepts, and experience working with children.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Care for member's children and children of guests per Kid's Stuff guidelines.
• Supervise activities suited to group development levels.
• Enforce Kid's Stuff rules and safety protocols.
• Check in/check out procedures and attendance records.
• Promote health and hygiene practices with children.
• Disinfect surfaces and toys; keep care areas clean.
• Provide parents with feedback on activities chosen by children.
• Assist with other MVP programs as needed.
• Attend required staff meetings and trainings.
• Maintain professional appearance and MVP uniform.
