Job summary

Super Soccer Stars is seeking energetic Youth Soccer Coaches for the greater Fairfax area to lead pre-soccer classes for toddlers to preteens, using music and movement to build balance and coordination.

Ideal candidates have experience working with children and possess strong communication skills, energy, and patience. The role offers on-the-job training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement within the Coach Pathway.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement lesson plans based on company curriculum.
• Teach soccer skills, physical literacy, and life skills to small groups.

• Model and promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect.
• Participate in ongoing coaching training and curriculum development.
• Assist with setup and cleanup of equipment for classes and events.

We are looking for energetic Youth Soccer Coaches in the greater Fairfax area!

You will lead engaging and interactive pre-soccer classes for toddlers to preteens. This program focuses on introducing balance, coordination, cognitive skills, and more through music and movement.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with young children and has prior experience as a sports coach, teacher, camp leader, or in a similar role. This position is perfect for individuals interested in early childhood education or child development.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement lesson plans based on the company's existing curriculum
• Teach soccer skills, physical literacy, and life skills to small groups of children
• Maintain a positive, fun, and safe learning environment for all participants
• Communicate effectively with parents, providing progress reports and addressing any concerns or questions
• Model and promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect for self and others
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve coaching skills and knowledge of the company's curriculum
• Assist with setup and cleanup of equipment and supplies for classes and events

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children/toddlers/infants
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
• High level of energy, enthusiasm, and patience
• Must have reliable transportation
• Schedule:
• Mon-Friday from 8:30 - 3:30
• Flexible to availability of coaches (will assign to classes based on availability to need)
