Job summary

Super Soccer Stars is seeking an energetic Soccer Coach to lead children in fun, educational activities while prioritizing safety. No prior soccer experience is required, and this role suits someone who enjoys working with kids and is exploring early childhood education or child development.

New coaches can work 5–25 classes per week and earn from $18 per hour up to $35 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and training through the coaching program.

Qualifications

• Experience working with kids (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader)
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable personal transportation
• Available most Monday-Saturday mornings and/or afternoons
• Physically active, punctual, and organized

Responsibilities

• Lead children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety
• Provide individual attention to help every child succeed
• Use a non-competitive approach to keep classes fun and stress-free
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate success
• Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! (no prior soccer experience required)

Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. New Coaches can work 5-25 classes a week and can earn from $18 per hour up to $35 per hour.

• And finally, our coaches have a blast. They are open-minded, and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

Location: Classes are held at schools, daycares, pre-schools, parks, and recreational centers across NOVA. Depending on the location of the coach's primary residence they may be required to travel up to an hour to get to a class location.

Requirements

• High school diploma with some college (preferred)
