Job summary

Mountain Capital Partners LLC is seeking a Kids Ski School Supervisor (Ages 7-12) for the Durango resort. This full-time seasonal role runs 11/14/2026–04/04/2027, with a free season pass for you and dependents and responsibilities including supervision of instructors and coordination of the kids program.

You will manage class assignments, check-ins, and safety protocols while working outdoors in varying weather and interacting with guests to address concerns.

Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced skiing/snowboarding skills.
• PSIA/AASI Level 1 Certification is preferred.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff appropriate for daily business volume.
• Manage timekeeping and payroll for instructors on a daily basis.
• Teach lessons as needed.
• Interact with customers on a daily basis and manage customer complaints as needed.
• Conduct pre-season goals assessments and end-of-season reviews with instructors.
• Provide support to the Adult Supervisors team as needed, including assisting with daily operations and program coordination.
• Maintain compliance with all Ski and Snowboard School policies and procedures, and safety protocols.
• Provide support and care for students in need.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of facilities.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Kids Ski School Supervisor (Ages 7-12)General Purpose:The Kids Ski and Snowboard School Kids 7-12 Program Supervisor will oversee all aspects of the Kids Program within the Kids Ski and Snowboard School. This is a full time, seasonal position. This position reports directly to the Kids Ski and Snowboard School Manager.This is a seasonal position from 11/14/2026 to 04/04/2027. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
