My Gym - Highlands Ranch is looking to hire a part-time Director to join our management team. This role requires a love for children, a fun personality, and strong leadership abilities. Key responsibilities include leading and training staff, conducting classes and events, as well as handling sales and marketing tasks. Ideal candidates will have exceptional communication skills, reliability, and must be available weekends. A clean background check and a preference for experience with children are also important. • Ability to work 40 hours per week, including one day a weekend as needed.
