• Lead ministries for children and families from infants to 5th grade.

• Create and execute outreach events for community engagement.

Job description

Our Kids Pastors provide the spiritual and organizational leadership required to develop a ministry to children and their families. Be a Developer of People: celebrate, disciple, and equip the Hope Team.

Responsibilities:

• Ministries for children and their families ages infants-5th grade.
• Give leadership to a Hope Team that can execute weekend experiences that kids will love and parents will trust.
• Connect with kids in a way that will engage them in the community and grow their discipleship.
• Empower & equip parents and other adults as a spiritual influence.
• Take a leadership role in the creation & execution of outreach events.
• Cast a net far & wide at each spiritual milestone and execute them fantastically.
• Do everything that is needed for our children’s ministries to thrive.
