Job summary

Life Time in Coral Gables, FL seeks a Kids Party Host to organize and supervise children’s events and partner with the Kids Leader to train and schedule staff. You will identify activities, provide supplies, and coordinate with families to register and prep for parties and events.

You will train hosts, ensure a high-quality member experience, and collaborate with the Café, pool, and other departments to run smooth events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to train and coach team members.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to sell and promote programs and services.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist with restocking, cleaning and setting up party rooms and event spaces.
• Train and coach party and event hosts.
• Coordinate with Café, pool and other departments for smooth parties.
• Ensure quality experience and safety for members and guests.
• Greet and engage members and guests professionally.
• Facilitate activities and keep children active and safe.

Position Summary

Organizes and supervises Kids parties and events. Partner with Kids Leader to train, coach, and schedule team members. Identify which activities and lesson plans will be utilized for the party or event. Provide activities and supplies to Team members prior to the party or event. Partner with families to register and prep for parties and events.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervises and assists team members with restocking, cleaning and setting up party rooms and event spaces
• Trains and coaches party and event hosts
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure parties run smoothly (Café, pool, etc.)
• Ensures quality experience and engagement for members and guest while providing supportive supervision of party hosts
• Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and their guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Facilitates organized party and event activities and ensures children are active, interested, and safe throughout activities

Position Requirements
