Qualificações

• The role requires alignment with Biblical Christian values and Southern Baptist doctrine.
• Ability to lead Preschool and Children’s Ministries and collaborate with ministry teams.
• Strong relational skills with parents, children and church staff.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, direct, and develop ministry to preschoolers and children (birth–6th grade).
• Work with ministerial staff to form Preschool Ministry Committee.
• Coordinate childcare and nursery workers on Sundays, Wednesdays, and events.
• Oversee development, implementation, and evaluation of Children's Ministry programs.
• Create a Children’s Ministry Advisory Committee to oversee ministry facets.
• Provide guidance to children and parents on spiritual and family matters.
• Build relationships with parents and guardians.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and retreats.
• Accomplish other duties as assigned.
