Job summary

Amazing Athletes is seeking dynamic, energetic Multi-Sport and Martial Arts coaches to join our growing team in Tempe. This part-time role involves leading mobile classes at schools and daycares, inspiring kids ages 3-12, and delivering engaging fitness experiences.

No martial arts experience is required—we’ll train you. Flexible afternoons and growth opportunities are highlighted in this team-oriented position.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic with the ability to lead kids through fun activities.
• Experience in coaching or martial arts is a plus but not required; training provided.
• Strong teamwork and reliability to support a growing coaching program.

Responsibilities

• Lead exciting, themed classes that teach kids sports and fitness skills.
• Follow a structured curriculum and make it your own with fun.
• Ensure kids have a blast while learning through programs Karate Zoo and KZ Martial Arts.
• Be a role model by creating a safe and engaging environment.
• Prepare classes in advance by reviewing lesson plans to keep sessions engaging.

We empower kids through positive sport experiences- teaching them to have fun while learning the fundamentals. We are looking for dynamic, energetic Multi-Sport and Martial Arts coaches to join our growing family here in Phoenix. If you love working with kids, teaching sports, and making fitness exciting, this part-time position could be your perfect fit! We’re looking for mobile coaches to lead classes at schools and daycares.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead exciting, themed classes that bring out the best in kids, while teaching them valuable sports and fitness skills.
• Follow a structured curriculum (but make it your own with fun!).
• Ensure kids have a blast while learning through our programs Karate Zoo and KZ Martial Arts.
• Be a role model – create a safe and fun environment where kids feel motivated to participate and improve.
• Prep your classes in advance by reviewing lesson plans and come ready to make every session engaging and exciting!

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for kids – you’re energetic, creative, and excited to lead kids through fun, active classes!
• Experience in sports, coaching, or martial arts is a plus, but not required. We’ll train you!
• You love being part of a team and are always striving to improve as a coach.
• Organizational skills – keep equipment tidy, be on time and always stay prepared!
• Flexibility – able to work afternoon shifts and communicate effectively.
