Amazing Athletes Columbus in Phoenix is seeking dynamic, energetic Multi-Sport and Martial Arts coaches for a part-time role teaching mobile classes at schools and daycares. You’ll coach kids aged 3-12, deliver a structured curriculum with your own energy, and help children stay engaged and excited about fitness.

You'll be a positive role model, prep sessions in advance, and enjoy flexible afternoon hours with opportunities to grow as the program expands.

Qualifications

• A passion for kids – you’re energetic, creative, and excited to lead kids through fun, active classes!
• Experience in sports, coaching, or martial arts is a plus, but not required. We’ll train you!
• You love being part of a team and are always striving to improve as a coach.
• Organizational skills – keep equipment tidy, be on time and always stay prepared!
• Flexibility – able to work afternoon shifts and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead exciting, themed classes that bring out the best in kids, while teaching them valuable sports and fitness skills.
• Follow a structured curriculum (but make it your own with fun!).
• Ensure kids have a blast while learning through our programs Karate Zoo and KZ Martial Arts.
• Be a role model – create a safe and fun environment where kids feel motivated to participate and improve.
• Prep your classes in advance by reviewing lesson plans and come ready to make every session engaging and exciting!
