The Asheville Jewish Community Center seeks a part-time JCC Kids Group Leader to supervise and engage groups of 10-25 school-age children, planning developmentally appropriate activities while ensuring safety and compliance with licensing standards.

You will interact with children and families, model positive behavior, and participate in ongoing training, with benefits supporting part-time staff and a community-focused work environment.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to learn and maintain proper North Carolina childcare licensing and sanitation laws/regulations.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with children, parents, and peers.
• Ability to plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities for children and incorporate Jewish values when possible.

• Engage with children through developmentally appropriate interactions and positive redirection.
