Lone Peak Dental Group in Henderson, NV is seeking an Orthodontic Assistant to join a pediatric specialty team. The role supports orthodontists, prepares rooms, and assists with patient care to create a positive kid-friendly visit.

Qualifications

• X-ray and CPR certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in an ortho practice is preferred, but we will train the right person!
• Completion of an accredited orthodontic assistant program preferred
• Additional certification or training is a plus
• Experience with Denticon software or iTero scanners is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms for orthodontic procedures.
• Assist orthodontists during patient appointments and procedures.
• Take and develop dental X-rays.
• Maintain orthodontic instruments and equipment.
• Instruct patients on proper oral hygiene and care techniques.
• Schedule follow‑up appointments and assist with patient scheduling.
• Keep accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and maintain a kid‑friendly environment.
