Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a team-focused sales associate for Kids Apparel & Shoes. You will create a fun, welcoming shopping experience, offer expert sizing guidance, and build lasting relationships with parents and gift shoppers.

You’ll contribute to a positive team culture while meeting personal and department sales goals. You will stay current on fashion trends, assist with in-store and digital selling, and support merchandising and inventory activities.

Responsabilités

• Deliver Nordstrom's 5-Point Selling Standard in every customer interaction: Say Hello, Small Talk, Be Helpful & Sell, Fashion Authority, Follow-up.
• Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Offer honest, confident style and fit feedback that earns trust and drives loyalty.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals, and stay accountable to results.
• Keep the department customer-ready, including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, merchandise recovery, and participate in bi-annual inventory count.
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a trusted style resource.
• Show up for your team every shift, communicate openly, contribute to a positive team environment, and pitch in to help the department stay productive.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
