• Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools
• Offer honest, confident style and fit feedback that earns trust and drives loyalty
• Set and achieve personal sales goals, and stay accountable to results
• Keep the department customer-ready, including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, merchandise recovery, and inventory participation
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a trusted style resource
• Show up for your team, communicate openly, and contribute to a positive team environment
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods
• Follow Up through the 2-2-2 Method and Nordy Club enrollment
