• Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store interactions and digital tools.
• Offer honest, confident style and fit feedback to earn trust and drive loyalty.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals and stay accountable to results.
• Keep the department customer-ready with stocking, re-merchandising, and price markdowns.
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a style resource.
• Show up for your team, communicate openly, and contribute to a positive environment.
• Support varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
• Follow up with customers using a personal book and Nordy Club enrollment.
