Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Kids Events Team Member to guide children ages 3–13 through activities such as rock climbing, crafts, and gym games, while weaving nutrition education with safety and fun.

You will lead up to 10 children per group, model positive behavior, maintain a clean, safe environment, and help promote monthly events to boost participation and revenue. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience.
• First Aid within the first 60 days of hire.
• CPR/AED within the first 60 days of hire.
• Ability to tolerate loud noises.
• Ability to frequently stand; walk; use hands, objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; ability to climb ladders.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promotes monthly events and activities in order to increase participation and revenue.
• Ensures use of supplies, snacks and drinks follow the amount prearranged by the department budget.
