Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Events Team Member to guide children through activities such as rock climbing, swimming, crafts, and gym games with safety and fun as top priorities. The role combines nutrition education with themed activities for ages 3–13, emphasizing a high level of supervision and customer service.

You will work evenings and weekends to support daily programming, maintain clean and safe environments, and promote monthly events to boost participation and revenue.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience.
• First Aid certification within 60 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to tolerate loud noises.

Responsibilities

• Engages children in interactive activities including arts and crafts, singing, and games while maintaining safety.
• Leads a group of up to 10 children ages 3-13 with a fun, positive attitude and strong role modeling.
• Demonstrates courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, and professionalism to internal and external customers.
• Maintains cleanliness and order of activities and programming to ensure safety.
• Promotes monthly events and activities to increase participation and revenue.
• Ensures supplies, snacks, and drinks follow the department budget.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Engages children in interactive activities including organized arts and crafts, singing, sports activities, games while maintaining a safe environment
• Leads a group of up to 10 children ages 3-13 with a fun, positive and outgoing attitude while acting as a role model
• Demonstrates positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism to internal and external customers
• Maintains cleanliness and order of activities and programming in order to ensure safety
• Promotes monthly events and activities in order to increase participation and revenue
• Ensures use of supplies, snacks and drinks follow the amount prearranged by the department budget

Position Requirements

• 1 year of related experience
• First Aid Required within the first 60 days of hire
• Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED required within the first 60 days of hire
• Ability to tolerate loud noises
• Ability to frequently stand; walk; use hands, objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; ability to climb ladders
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
