Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Kids Team Member-Parties to captivate children at birthday parties and events, creating a fun and enthusiastic environment with engaging activities.

You will organize and implement age-appropriate games and activities, ensuring participants are active, safe, and entertained throughout the event. The role requires strong communication with guests and team members, the ability to move about the club for extended periods, and a commitment to safety with required first

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate with guests about Life Time products and services.
• Ability to routinely bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• First Aid certification required within 60 days of hire; Infant/Child CPR & AED certification required within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Facilitate and supervise games and activities; ensure children are active, engaged, and safe during the party.
• Explain and demonstrate games and activities to participants.
• Respond promptly to questions, complaints, or conflicts.

Position Summary

The Kids Team Member-Parties facilitates creative and entertaining children’s birthday parties and events. Creates a fun and enthusiastic environment and engage children in a wide variety of exciting activities. Organizes and implements activities and games for children.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Greets, acknowledges and interacts with members and their guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Facilitates and supervises organized activities and ensures children are active, interested and safe throughout the party
• Explains and demonstrates games and activities to party participants
• Responds to any questions, complains, or conflict in a timely manner

Position Requirements

• HS Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Life Time products and services
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
• First Aid certification required within the first 60 days of hire
• Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire
• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.50 and pays up to $18.50, based on experience and qualifications.
