Crunch Fitness in Mount Pleasant is looking for a Kid's Crunch Attendant responsible for managing our Kid's Crunch area and providing fun and safe activities for children. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and experience working with children.

Successful applicants will lead interactive activities, ensure children's safety, and maintain a clean environment. A high school diploma and CPR/AED certification are required to thrive in this rewarding and energetic position.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1 year of experience working with children.
• Must have CPR/AED certification.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain attentiveness.

Job Description

The Kid’s Crunch Attendant role is responsible for managing our Kid’s Crunch area and exhibiting fun, entertaining, and safe activities with children.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with children and members in a professional and friendly manner.
• Engage with children one‑on‑one and in group settings.
• Lead and participate in interactive activities.
• Ensure the safety and security of children while attending Kid’s Crunch.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for children to play in.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year of experience working with children preferred
• CPR/AED certification required

• Ability to multi‑task and demonstrate attentiveness to children in a busy environment

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to adjust and operate all club equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and engage in physical activity, including lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing/walking.
