What You'll Do
- Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old. Must be comfortable with babies who aren't yet walking.
- Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair.
- Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills through our training programs.
- Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class.
- Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, always arriving a few minutes early. Tardiness not permitted.
- Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong.
- Coach class, camps, parties, parents' night out events, attend offsite events, and anything else center leaders might ask for.
Center Operations
- Assist in community events and center initiatives.
- Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of the center.
Qualifications
- Passion for Kids: Non-negotiable. Must love working with children.
- Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking to 11 years old. Experience with babies is a plus.
- Communication: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians.
- Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and an engaging presence to every class.
- Mentorship: Be a mentor to other coaches with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR Certified or Willingness to get it.
