KidStrong North Scottsdale is rapidly growing, and we're looking for a talented, enthusiastic Childrens Coach who is passionate, energetic, and excited to engage with parents and kids and make an impact on their lives.

Role and Schedule Details:
- Looking for a coach with athletic or coaching experience, preferably with children aged 12 months to 11 years.
- Focus on coaching children on brain, physical, and character development based on the monthly curriculum.
- Must be comfortable communicating with parents/guardians about the curriculum.
- Classes typically run weekdays from 9 am to 11 am and evenings until 7 pm; weekends from 8 am through noon.
- Flexible work schedule depending on studio needs.
- Additional hours available through private party coaching.
- Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Coach classes of 6 to 15 children across various age groups.
- Implement the KidStrong curriculum as provided.
- Ensure classes start and end on time and follow the curriculum pace.
- Greet students and parents/guardians individually.
- Maintain a dynamic, fun, and professional demeanor.
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure student safety.
- Maintain cleanliness of the center.
- Use the KS Coach’s App to record class data and communicate with parents.
- Complete required training and certifications.
- Work in a physically intensive environment, including lifting and moving equipment.
- Assist parents of younger children with class flow.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
- Manage special classes like Coach KidStrong Academy.
Qualifications:
- Passion for working with children!
- Experience coaching children of relevant age is preferred.
- Experience communicating with parents about curriculum.
- Knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics.
- CPR certification.
- Positive and motivating interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
