Job summary

White Columns Country Club in Milton, GA is seeking a Kids Club Supervisor to provide a safe, fun environment for our members' children and deliver engaging programming.

Ideal candidates have childcare or youth program experience (minimum 2 years) and strong communication with parents. CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain.

This part-time role requires evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to lead family activities and events in a welcoming club setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of childcare, teaching, or youth program experience.
• Friendly, energetic, patient personality.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure safety of children at all times
• Supervise Kid's Club Attendants and Camp Counselors
• Create a fun, engaging environment through games, crafts, and activities
• Assist in creation and lead kids club programming
• Check children in and out according to club procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area
• Communicate with parents about their child’s experience or concerns
• Enforce Kids Club policies and safety standards
• Assist with special events and family programming
