YSS in Ogden, Iowa, is seeking a Kids Club Program Assistant to support before/after school and no-school days at Ogden Elementary School. You will help create a safe, engaging environment and lead activities that foster curiosity and confidence for elementary-age children.

duties include homework help, snack service, and partnering with families and school staff to support each child’s growth while balancing fun, safety, and structure.

Qualifications

• You enjoy working with children and creating positive experiences that help them learn, grow, and succeed.
• At least 16 years old and able to obtain CPR/First Aid within three months.
• Dependable, patient, and energetic with strong relationship-building skills.
