EōS Fitness in Tampa is hiring an Assistant Kids Club Manager to lead and train the Kids Club team, ensuring a safe, engaging environment for children from two months to twelve years. You will coordinate staff schedules, manage bookings, and uphold safety protocols, while delivering high standards of customer service to families.

Ideal candidates bring childcare experience, supervisory skills, and a passion for child development.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a supervisory role, childcare, daycare, or recreational programming.
• Knowledge of child development, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements for childcare facilities.
• Strong communication with children, parents, and staff.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends to support Kids Club hours.
• Detail oriented with good organizational and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Kids Club facility and ensure a safe environment for children aged 2 months to 12 years.
• Train and coach the Kids Club Associate team.
• Schedule staff shifts and maintain appropriate child-to-staff ratios.
• Manage reservations, communications with parents, and bookings.
• Collaborate with the Kids Club Manager to align goals and tasks.
• Implement emergency procedures, first aid, and safety protocols.
• Develop age appropriate activities, games, and crafts.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the Kids Club.
