Job summary

Invited Clubs in Houston is seeking a Kids Club Manager to oversee the youth center, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and families. You will supervise staff, plan engaging programs, and uphold high safety and service standards.

This role emphasizes staff development, program improvement, and strong communication with members. You will collaborate with the Kids Club Director and other club leaders to deliver educational and fun activities across age groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children in a day care, camp, or educational setting.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in child supervision, activity planning, or youth programs.
• Minimum 1 year in childcare management, preferably in a recreational or club setting.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Connect with members regularly and promote youth center activities.
• Promote the facility amenities, programs, and the club while maintaining professionalism and service.
• Show professionalism and willingness to coordinate activities and programs with the children.
• Monitor and actively participate with children in the youth center.
• Deal with problem behaviors of children in the youth center.
• Assist in recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating youth center staff.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high standards of service.
• Help conduct staff meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance and safety.
