Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• First Aid, AED, and CPR certifications required within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Create monthly schedules for Kids Club shifts.
• Hire, train, and onboard new team members.
• Facilitate monthly Kids Club training and team building meetings.
• Ensure shift coverage during operational hours.
