Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs is seeking a Kids Club Coordinator to lead our Kansas Region Kids Club teams. This full-time role may temporarily transition to part-time hours due to Covid-19 and requires positive leadership with children and staff in a busy club environment.

You will onboard and train new staff, conduct performance reviews, manage schedules, run monthly/weekly operations audits, and ensure a safe, engaging, on-brand experience for members and kids.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• First Aid and CPR certifications required (infant/child/adult).
• Minimum one year of experience with children or youth programs.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Kids Club operations with a focus on safety and member experience.
• Coach and train Kids Club staff; conduct regular team meetings and audits.
• Coordinate staffing, onboarding, and performance reviews for the team.
• Manage scheduling, check-ins, and reporting of attendance and sales.
