Requirements

• 18+ years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Physically fit and mentally alert, with the ability to lift up to 30 lbs., sit, kneel, stand, and run.
• First Aid, AED, and CPR certifications (including infant, child, and adult) or willingness to obtain certification within 60 days of hire.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a childcare setting, with a strong understanding of child needs and development.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership experience and mentality.
• Effective organizational skills.
• Available to work 30+ hours per week with a flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Basic Job Responsibilities

• Create monthly schedules to ensure shift coverage for Kids Club and additional programming where applicable.
• Hire, train, and onboard new team members.
• Attend quarterly Zoom coordinator training sessions.
• Facilitate monthly Kids Club department training and team-building meetings.
• Track usage of Kids Club and additional programs and report to supervisors.
• Support team members in maintaining a safe and engaging environment through age-appropriate games and activities.
• Ensure shift coverage during hours of operation, with flexibility to cover shifts on short notice.
• Take ownership of your Kids Club by hosting monthly events, organizing themed decorations, scheduling activities, and encouraging creativity to enhance member experience.

Compensation

Starting at $11.00+ per hour.
